13. Jordy Nelson, Green Bay Packers (2014)

At age 29, Jordy Nelson was the beneficiary of some outstanding quarterback play in Green Bay. He and Aaron Rodgers hooked up for 13 scores and 1,519 yards on 98 receptions for an AV of 18.

The big-play threat averaged 94.9 yards per game and 10.06 yards per target. Even though it took seven seasons, Nelson was finally named to the Pro Bowl.
