2. Dre' Bly, Detroit Lions (2003)

For obvious reasons, interceptions are the primary means of forcing turnovers. But apparently no one told Dre Bly that. In 2003, Bly intercepted six passes, but he also forced five fumbles and recovered three more in just 14 games with the Detroit Lions.

In amazing fashion, Bly led the entire league with 113 fumble return yards as he took one of his three recoveries for a score. In addition, he housed a pick, yet it didn't lead to many wins as the Lions finished the year 5-11 with the league's 25th-ranked scoring defesne.
