The 2006 campaign marked Jason Taylor's 10th season in the NFL as he was yet again a force for his Miami Dolphins. He started all 16 games, and the three-time All-Pro defensive end made two pick-sixes in addition to nine forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.

With 19 fumble takeaways, the Dolphins defense ranked second in the league that year. Surprisingly, though, Taylor's two interceptions tied him for first on the team and made up 25% of the team's overall interception number for the season.
