Martavis Bryant, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers

The fantasy football community loves 'em some Martavis Bryant. As soon as he was cleared from his suspension, his ADP began rising, and it hasn't stopped, reaching all the way into the fourth round.

It's probably fair to wonder if it's justified. All this excitement about a guy who is clearly the third option on the Pittsburgh Steelers, hasn't gone for more than 50 catches or 765 yards in a season and sat out all of 2016?

However, when you lift the hood, it's easy to dig the hype.

In 2015, Bryant's last full season, he was on a superb pace. In 11 games, he averaged 8.4 targets, 4.5 catches and 69.5 yards per contest, picking up a sweet 15.7 yards per catch.

If you extrapolate those numbers to a 16-game season, we're looking at 72 receptions for 1,112 yards. Oh, and the guy can find the end zone, too, scoring 14 times in 21 career games.

Bryant, after the 2015 campaign, appeared to be working into a significant role as Antonio Brown's sidekick. Now that he's missed a full season, there's no guarantee Bryant re-assumes said role, but it's hard not to get hyped about a guy who could put up the numbers he did in 2015 having seen heavy action in only one college season and one NFL campaign.
