Chad Williams, WR, Arizona Cardinals

Chad Williams has a long path ahead of him to fantasy relevance as the Arizona Cardinals' fifth wide receiver. Of course, if Larry Fitzgerald eventually falls off the production cliff and/or John Brown's health concerns limit him yet again, Williams could thrive in Arizona's offense.

Arizona selected the 6'1", 204-pound wideout from Grambling State in the third round of the draft this year. That's not exactly flier territory in terms of draft capital. With a 4.45-second 40-yard dash and strong agility scores, Williams grades out in the 99th percentile in adjusted SPARQ score, according to PlayerProfiler.

Williams' collegiate production needs to be taken with a grain of salt because of the competition level, but he averaged 2.94 yards per route and caught 13 of 18 targets with 3 missed tackles against Arizona last season, according to ProFootballFocus.

Carson Palmer still has one of the strongest arms in football (he was fifth in average depth of target last season), and Williams' speed and size makes him a downfield threat worth monitoring, even if he needs a lot to break in his favor to be fantasy relevant in 2017. —Brandon Gdula
