Amari Cooper, WR, Oakland Raiders

Downside: Red Zone Usage

There were 33 wide receivers with more red zone targets than Amari Cooper had last year (13), and 123 wideouts scored more touchdowns in that area of the field. Because, someway, somehow, Cooper failed to score once in the red zone.

He still finished as fantasy football's 14th-best wide receiver in PPR formats, but this is certainly the biggest question mark surrounding him entering 2017. Will he take over as the team's top red zone weapon? That would be big if, as teammate Michael Crabtree ended last season tied for sixth in red zone touchdowns after securing the fifth-most red zone targets.
