Jordan Howard, RB, Chicago Bears

Downside: Offensive Dumpster Fire

Just when we thought the Bears' offense couldn't get any worse, Cameron Meredith went down with an ACL tear. Now, the team's top wide receiver is a dad-running Kevin White, and they've got a slim supporting cast.

Jordan Howard could struggle mightily as a result, but it's not because he's talentless. Last season, his stupid-good efficiency was actually met by an absurd Success Rate, meaning his play wasn't necessarily unsustainable.

But in fantasy football, talent isn't everything. Opportunity matters, too. Howard was 20th in red zone attempts last season, and he scored the 25th-most touchdowns at the position. That happened despite the Bears actually finishing with the 11th-most yards per drive.

If and when Chicago's less efficient offensively, Howard should see even fewer opportunities. That'll hurt his fantasy value.
