Since Andrew Luck remains out of the lineup for the Colts, the Los Angeles Rams are one of the more attractive defensive plays on the Week 1 slate.

Scott Tolzien will be under center for the Colts Sunday, and the career backup hasn't been impressive in limited action in recent years. Last season, Tolzien started one game for the Colts, a 28-7 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in which he threw two interceptions and was sacked three times.

Another hurdle for Tolzien is his offensive line. Starting center Ryan Kelly is out six to eight weeks with a foot injury, and even though Aaron Donald has yet to report to the team, the Rams' defense should have little trouble pressuring Tolzien.

Vegas has the Rams listed as a 4.0-point home favorite in a game with a projected total of only 41.5. The Colts implied team total of 18.75 is the third-lowest of the week.
