Every so often, a weekend of NFL football will remind us just how little we know about each team. Week 3 was full of surprises, full of teams outperforming expectations and a number of them falling flat in what seemed like pristine spots.

There were 10 Vegas favorites that lost in Week 3, which means our defensive streaming picks suffered. Of our picks, the Green Bay Packers had the best finish as they tied for 13th.

With a bad week behind us, it's on to Week 4 as we continue to learn more and more about the strengths and weaknesses of each team.

As always, we use this column to search the waiver wire and identify low-owned teams set up with a great matchup to give you an edge each week. The focus will be on teams owned in about 50% or under in both ESPN and Yahoo leagues. Our goal is to identify teams poised to finish as a top-12 scorer.
