He is second on the Buffalo Bills with 18 targets this season, and his 23% market share of the team's targets is the 5th-highest mark for a tight end.

Clay hasn't struggled to turn that workload into fantasy scoring either, having finished as the TE5 in Week 1 and TE6 in Week 3. He's in a four-way tie as the TE11 this week, which makes him seem especially underpriced.
