In his first game with the Bills after being released by the Chicago Bears on October 11th, Deonte Thompson showed that he belonged. Thompson, who has run a 4.23 40-yard dash, finished with a 4/107 line, flashing his speed and route-running ability on this 44-yard catch:

Tyrod Taylor finally has a deep threat, which is especially important this week as deep passes are the Raiders' Achilles heel. They have given up 3 receiving touchdowns of 50 yards or more, the most in the league. This includes two 60-plus yard scores last week against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Thompson does not belong on your cash lineups. We have not seen enough from him with the Bills to see how often he will be used going forward. As a tournament flyer, however, he is definitely worth a shot.
