Speaking of available opportunity in the passing game, Kelvin Benjamin getting traded leaves the Carolina Panthers with 19% of their targets (6.4 per game) unaccounted for. He has also played 70% of the team's offensive snaps.

Russell Shepard has already played 52% of the Panthers' snaps, and while he hasn't been seeing much volume in the passing game, he does have a six-target game under his belt.

The potential bump in volume he stands to see with Benjamin out of the picture should translate to some solid fantasy value. He draws a good matchup against an Atlanta Falcons team that ranks 27th against the pass while being priced just $300 above minimum salary.
