We recommended the Titans in this column last week, and they posted a top-12 finish, coming in as the 11th-best defense on the week. We're going back to the well with Tennessee as they now have a home matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Bengals have given up the eighth-most points to opposing defenses on the season. In fact, six out of the eight teams to play the Bengals have finished the week as a top-10 fantasy defense. The two teams that haven't finished as a top-10 unit against the Bengals -- the Packers and Cleveland Browns.

The Titans' defense ranks a lowly 28th in sacks on the season, but they could find some success against a porous Bengals offensive line. Andy Dalton has been one of the most sacked quarterbacks in the league, taking 24 sacks, tied for the eighth-most through nine weeks.

Vegas has the Titans as a 5.0-point home favorite, so if both the Patriots and Bears are taken in your league, the Titans are a great fallback option.
