Evan Engram: Leading Receiver

Sterling Shepard is reportedly still "not feeling well" and remains doubtful for Thursday's divisional bout against the Washington Redskins. That likely leaves the New York Giants without Odell Beckham, Brandon Marshall, and Shepard for the fourth time this season.

In the previous three games the entire trio has been out, Evan Engram leads the Giants with 25 targets and an overall 26.8% target share. He also led the the team with 3 red zone targets (including 2 targets inside the five-yard line) in those outings.

The Washington Redskins have quietly allowed the fourth-highest percentage of fantasy points (19%) to opposing tight ends (via Airyards.com). If Engram again sees similar volume without Shepard, he could potentially be one of the sneakiest plays with a safe floor and enticing ceiling for Thursday.
