DraftKings Daily Fantasy Football Helper: The Thanksgiving Slate
Stacks
Philip Rivers, Melvin Gordon, Keenan Allen (43.0% of budget)
We already discussed how good Gordon and Allen are for Thursday based off their volume projection against a subpar Dallas defense. Add in Rivers and you lock in the vast majority of production for a team playing in a dome in the game with the slate's highest total.
As just 2.5-point favorites, this game could easily be a back-and-forth shootout. Dallas ranks 29th in Adjusted Defensive NEP per play allowed, and without Sean Lee, this stack provides a nice floor and high ceiling.
Case Keenum, Adam Thielen, Stefon Diggs (38.4% of budget)
Keenum is coming off three straight top-12 fantasy finishes, and the Detroit Lions' defense has allowed 4 of their last 6 quarterbacks to post top-12 results. As mentioned a couple of times already, both Thielen and Diggs have favorable marks when looking at different types of Reception NEP. That efficiency means these three can have a big day if things go their way.
Kirk Cousins, Samaje Perine, Vernon Davis, Washington D/ST (42.4% of budget)
This stack will be the chalkiest of all with the Redskins having the largest implied total, but you can add in Ryan Grant to make your lineup more contrarian. As home favorites against a defense that ranks 20th or worse in both the pass and rush, it is easy to see why Cousins and Perine are superb plays. The Giants have also allowed the most top-12 scoring tight ends on the season, making this a good spot for Vernon Davis, who has a 22.4% target market share when Jordan Reed sits.
The Giants have scored touchdowns on just 12.3% of their possessions since Odell Beckham went down for the year. They also have the lowest implied point total on the slate, making Washington D/ST a terrific play.
