Fantasy Football Quarterback Streaming Week 14: Rolling With DeShone Kizer

OK, so it's not a pretty week for quarterback streamers, but hear me out.

Trevor Siemian is at home against a struggling New York Jets defense. Per our numbers, the Jets' D ranks 24th overall and 23rd against the pass, and they just helped Alex Smith and the Kansas City Chiefs get out of their offensive rut as Smith torched Gang Green for 366 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Now, no one is saying Siemian and the currently-miserable Denver Broncos' offense is going to have that kind of day. But the Jets are allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and it's not by accident -- they're terrible against the pass.

It's hard to remember, but there was a time this year when Siemian was a fine fantasy quarterback. He opened the year with back-to-back outings of 22.66 and 23.64 points, and he put up 15.94 points in Week 6. Obviously, things have gone off the rails since then, but Siemian is still surrounded by two quality receivers, and he's thrown for approximately 42 more yards per game at home throughout his career.

Our models rank Siemian as the QB26 for Week 14, projecting him to score 13.57 points. Denver's poor play of late gives Siemian a scary floor, but he's on the edge of the streaming radar and makes for a serviceable play in two-quarterback formats.
