If you're unable to fit Travis Kelce into your lineup this week, picking a tight end feels like you just have a hope and a prayer. But since paying down at tight end and spending up elsewhere may the optimal play this week, rolling with Charles Clay is a very interesting option.

It's hard to swallow rostering a Bills player as they head into Jacksonville to face the league's top defense, per numberFire metrics. But Clay has been one of Taylor's top pass-catchers this season, ranking second on the team in targets (74), and that may be even more important this week if LeSean McCoy misses the game or is limited if he is available to play.

On the season, Clay averaged more than 5 targets per game, but in the Bills final three games, Clay saw a combined 27 targets with no fewer than 8 in one game. The Jaguars defense has been stout all season, but with Clay we're banking on volume -- if he just so happens to find his way into the end zone, then he could be the value play that you needed in your lineup.
