You could make an argument that this was the biggest play of the game. At the time, the Eagles were sitting with 4th and 1 at their own 45-yard line. Their win odds were down to 22.99% with 5:39 left in the game. And Pederson showed his faith in his offense yet again.
Foles and company stayed out on the field to try to convert. Ertz eventually caught the go-ahead touchdown, but he never would have had that chance if not for this play.

If the Eagles couldn't pick that up, the Patriots would have gotten the ball in plus territory with just 5:39 left. It's possible the Eagles could have still pulled it off, but their win odds would have easily been below 20%. That play turned everything.
Not only do Ertz and Foles deserve credit for converting, but we can't overlook the fact that Pederson was the one who decided to go for it. His strategy and play-calling in the game were superb, and he gets a ring to show for it. Let's be sure to give him the kudos he has earned.
