Through five seasons with Washington, tight end Jordan Reed has never managed to play in more than 14 games in a single season. The 2017 campaign was his most disappointing yet. In the six games that he managed, he rarely looked healthy, and he didn't produce much of note. He managed 27 receptions for 211 yards and a woeful 7.8 yards per reception. He had averaged more than 10 yards per grab in each of the previous two seasons.

Admittedly, Reed would leave a lot of dead money if he were to be cut, but Washington's brass may be fed up with him, and they don't have any other fantasy-relevant players who profile as cut candidates.
