5 Unanswered Questions for Day 2 of the 2018 NFL Draft
History was promised, and history was made in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
Five quarterbacks were drafted in the first round, a phenomenon that has happened only two other times in league history. And, for the first time, four were selected with the top 10 slots.
Two brothers – linebacker Tremaine Edmunds and safety Terrell Edmunds – were drafted in the first round in the same year for the first time ever. And, of course, the New York Giants selected Saquon Barkley second overall, the first time a running back has gone in the top-two in over a decade (Reggie Bush in 2006).
But the fun and festivities in Dallas are just beginning. There are a lot of picks to be made, and in a draft as deep as this one, there are a lot of future starters -- maybe even stars -- awaiting their landing spots.
