Kenny Stills, Miami Dolphins

After finishing as a top-30 receiver in both PPR and non-PPR fantasy leagues in 2017, Kenny Stills has been criminally neglected in fantasy drafts so far, going as the 52nd receiver off the board. It is fair to doubt the explosiveness and potential of the Miami Dolphins' offense this season, but if Stills can come close to replicating his numbers from 2017, he will blow away his current ADP.

Even as Miami's offense struggled in 2017 -- bottom-eight in both points (17.6) and yards (307.7) per game -- Stills flourished in coach Adam Gase's system. The fifth-year wideout saw a career-high in targets (105) while leading all Dolphins skill players in snap count -- 939 plays, 90.6% of available snaps. All the playing time and attention let him rack up 58 catches, 839 yards, and 6 scores. Stills was efficient, too, as he ranked 12th in Reception Success Rate -- the percentage of his catches that resulted in positive expected points -- among the 49 wideouts with at least 50 grabs last year.

With Jarvis Landry in Cleveland and DeVante Parker banged up and underperforming during training camp so far, Stills has a legit chance of repeating or even beating his numbers from last season while finishing as the Dolphins' top receiver. It's also worth noting that a fully healthy Ryan Tannehill represents a significant upgrade at the quarterback spot over 2017 signal callers Jay Cutler and Matt Moore.

Stills can be had for cheap and carries the potential for a WR2 (top-24) finish this year. Scoop him up at a bargain price while you still can. - Dale Redman
