Chris Godwin, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

With Ryan Fitzpatrick making the Tampa Bay Buccaneers look like an all-time great offense through two weeks, there's plenty of attention being paid to Bucs players in fantasy football. Most of that seems to be focused on Fitzpatrick, Mike Evans and DeSean Jackson, though.

Jackson is owned in 75% of Yahoo leagues thanks to his 54.5 fantasy points. If you feel bad about missing out on Jackson -- don't. Chris Godwin is available in over 60% of leagues, and he's worth just as close a look as Jackson.

Godwin has actually out-targeted Jackson 10 to 9 this year. He benefited from the fact that Jackson sat out much of Week 1 with an injury, but even in Week 2, when Jackson out-snapped Godwin 34 to 29, Godwin saw six targets to only four for Jackson.

This offense is going to get hit hard with regression. Fitzpatrick has posted an adjusted net yards per pass attempt (ANY/A) mark above 7.00 only once in his 13-year NFL career, never topping 7.15. He has opened 2018 with a 14.68 clip.

The thing is there's plenty of room for the offense to regress while still offering fantasy value, especially in this week's matchup with the Steelers. Pittsburgh ranks below-average against the pass in numberFire's metrics, and they are fresh off getting shredded for six touchdowns by Patrick Mahomes. This game has a big 53.5-point over/under, and with a 26-point implied total, there should be plenty of scoring to go around for Tampa.
