But the Raiders-Chargers over/under has already risen to 53.5 points, and in games with totals over 50, Cooper's targets increase slightly by 1.4, he averages 11.6 more receiving yards, and his overall fantasy output goes up by 1.8 points per game.
His $6,500 cost is at a season-low despite a good Week 4, and he's a top-10 value among receivers under $7,000. Cooper offers sneaky upside at a reasonable cost in Week 5.
