Antonio Callaway has a 2017 Zay Jones-esque catch rate over his last couple of games. He's burning anyone willing to trust him in fantasy. He failed to convert in a solid matchup last week.

And you should play him again anyway.

Volume is priority number-one in identifying a solid fantasy play. Efficiency is nice, but efficiency is noisy. It's prone to a huge amount of variance, and you need a large sample before you can draw real conclusions from it.

Callaway's clips of 5 receptions for 31 yards on 15 targets over the last two weeks are pretty terrible. But if we take past frustration out of this, that inefficiency is actually exciting for this week.

It means we get a wideout who has at least 9 targets in 3 of his last 4 games, accounting for 20.6% of his team's targets and a team-high 32.3% of the air yards in that stretch, for only $300 above minimum-salary.

Making things even better, his matchup is even softer than last week's. As I already outlined for Mayfield, the Browns' passing game should click this week, and that puts Callaway in an ideal spot to convert volume to production.
