Running back isn't the only position the Raiders have a void at now. They traded Amari Cooper to Dallas, opening up plenty of opportunity for the rest of their wideouts.

Nelson's 31 targets are the second-most among Raiders wideouts, and Cooper vacates 32 looks. That leaves Nelson accounting for 40% of the targets that have gone to wideouts who are still in Oakland.

Of course, the Raiders aren't exactly feeding their wideouts, with a tight end and running back sitting first and second on the team in targets, but at $5,300, Nelson's expected workload creates some serious value.
