Ryan Fitzpatrick is getting the nod over Jameis Winston in Week 9, and he's the premier streaming option, with our models ranking him as Week 9's QB13.

Fitzmagic has scored at least 19 fantasy points in four of his five appearances this season, including 19.56 points in a relief effort in Week 8. His lone bad outing of the year came on the road against a stout Chicago Bears defense. Other than that, Fitzpatrick has been outstanding.

Mike Evans, DeSean Jackson and the rest of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' pass-game weapons have proven they can help their quarterbacks produce like high-end fantasy passers as Fitzpatrick and Winston have combined to score 26.6 fantasy points per game, the second-most at the position. Listed as 7.0-point 'dogs with a 23.5-point implied total for their the road matchup against the Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay isn't in a pristine spot.
