David Njoku is tied as our second-best point-per-dollar value at tight end this week, and we project him as the best value priced below $5,500 at the position.

It's not necessarily saying much that a tight end stands out this week, but there's still some room for promise with Njoku. While he was blanked with zero targets last week, he had at least six targets in six of his first seven games this season, averaging 7.4 per game in that stretch. Even if we include last week's dud, he's averaging 6.5 per game on the season.

The Cleveland Browns are up against the Kansas City Chiefs, who have allowed top-five fantasy production to tight ends this year, putting Njoku in a strong spot to convert his usually solid volume into production.
