Doug Baldwin has had a rough season, but he's still shown some flashes of intriguing upside.

His four games since returning from injury have included two complete duds, but also two games in which he saw least seven targets. His best matchup, by our metrics, saw him notch a season-high eight targets against Oakland, and he finds himself in a good spot this week as well.

He will be up against a Los Angeles Chargers defense that we have ranked 26th against the pass, and that has allowed above-average fantasy production to opposing wideouts.

The Seattle Seahawks have been very run-heavy recently, but with 14-plus point margins of victory in each of their last two games, part of that is game flow related. They are only 1.5-point favorites this week, which could force passing volume up a bit.

Baldwin has a weak floor and isn't worth considering in cash games, but his upside and likely low ownership make him a solid value play in tournaments this week.
