Maurice Harris, WR, Washington

With Paul Richardson on injured reserve, Maurice Harris made his second start of the season for Washington in Week 9.

In those two starts, he has played 80% and 87% of the team's offensive snaps, accounting for 22% and 27% of their targets. It's only a two-game sample, but leading the team in targets in both of those games, with 8 and 12, suggests that Harris is going to continue playing a huge role in this offense.

This week, Harris draws just about as good of a matchup as you can ask for, taking on a Buccaneers team that ranks 31st against the pass while allowing the 2nd-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers.

Having a real shot at double-digit targets against Tampa would make just about any receiver in the NFL an outstanding fantasy play, and that is absolutely the case for Harris this week.
