1. Is Allen Robinson Back?
While some of the jury is still out on Mitchell Trubisky from a real-life perspective, he's been great in fantasy. And Trubisky's second-year improvement has boosted the fantasy stock of just about everyone on the Chicago Bears' offense.
That includes Allen Robinson.
In a potent Chicago offense in Week 10, Robinson handled the most targets (8), catching 6 for 133 and 2 touchdowns. It was his first game back from injury, and A-Rob looked healthy, leading the Bears' wideouts in snap rate (54 percent).
Robinson stands to benefit from what's been a very aggressive Trubisky. Since the start of Week 4, 30.1% of Trubisky's passes have travelled at least 15 yards in the air, per our JJ Zachariason. That's perfect for a receiver with Robinson's skill set.
At first glance, A-Rob's raw target numbers aren't too pretty, with Chicago spreading the ball around to Taylor Gabriel (52 targets), Trey Burton (45), Anthony Miller (41) and Robinson (51). But that's skewed since Robinson missed Weeks 8 and 9. He's leading the team in targets per game, catches per game and yards per game.
And even without removing his missed games from the equation, he still leads the Bears in market share (21 percent) as well as air yards market share (28 percent), per airyards.com.
So even though he's coming off a big game, A-Rob may be something of a buy-low candidate.
2. Corey Davis Is Still Seeing Elite Volume
Corey Davis’ back-to-back 10-target weeks in Weeks 9 and 10 happen to coincide with the Tennessee Titans winning back-to-back games. That's not to say Davis is the reason Tennessee is winning; it's more to say that Davis is seeing big-time volume even in positive game scripts.
For the year, Davis' workload ranks among the game's elite. His 31 percent market share is second to only DeAndre Hopkins' 32 percent clip, and Davis' 39 percent air yards market share is a top-five clip.
Early in the year, Davis' production didn't match his workload due to a combination of Marcus Mariota's poor health and some tough matchups. Well, Mariota looks great of late, and Tennessee's schedule is about to get a lot easier, with only a Week 14 date against the Jacksonville Jaguars looking like a rough matchup.
Davis is worth buying high as a wideout who could close the season with a great finishing kick.
