John Brown, WR, Baltimore Ravens

Price: $5,400

Fresh off allowing 51 points to New Orleans, the Cincinnati Bengals' defense continues to be one to target. That thrashing from the Saints wasn't just a one-week anomaly, as they have allowed at least 34 points in three straight games, giving up an average of 43.3 per game in that time.

Granted, the Baltimore Ravens are not the New Orleans Saints or the Kansas City Chiefs -- or even Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This still looks to be a plus matchup, though, and the Ravens have thrown at least 37 passes in every game since Week 1.

That big volume has allowed John Brown to average 7.4 targets per game on the year. His production has been volatile, but that is to be expected when you take into account his 17.3-yard average depth of target (aDOT).

Getting downfield looks like that leaves him with a low floor -- as completion percentages drop as target depth increases -- but they also give him a strong ceiling.

Brown has eclipsed 17 fantasy points three times this season, and his season-high 22.9 came only three games ago. Since then he has posted a couple of duds, but he still has 13 targets over the last two weeks, so the drop in salary he has seen creates a ton of value.
