The 49ers' passing game was pretty brutal in Week 12, but Dante Pettis was a bright spot, going for 77 yards and a score on 4 catches.

Pettis unquestionably benefitted from the absences of Pierre Garcon (knee) and Marquise Goodwin (personal). Goodwin will likely return in Week 13, but Garcon, who was ruled out mid-week, may sit again. If either of those two miss more time, it would create a clear path to snaps and targets for Pettis.

Week 12 was the second straight 4-catch game for Pettis -- although his 4 grabs in Week 11 went for a laughably-low 12 yards -- and the 2018 second-round pick is coming on for a San Fran team that has every reason to go with youth the rest of the way. In deep leagues, he's worth monitoring.
