NFC West

Arizona Cardinals - QB Woes

Quarterback: Josh Rosen (83%), Mike Glennon (17%)

Running Back: David Johnson (75%), Chase Edmonds (25%)

Wide Receivers: Larry Fitzgerald (98%), Trent Sherfield (85%), Chad Williams (55%), Jalen Tolliver (43%)

Tight End: Jermaine Gresham (87%), John Phillips (19%)

This has been an absolutely atrocious year for the Cardinals. The only good sign is that their league-worst 3-12 record could mean the top pick in next year's draft. Their top 2018 pick, Josh Rosen, has had a trying season to be kind. He's completed just 55.4% of his passes for 2,129 yards and has 14 interceptions to just 10 touchdown passes. He only played 83% of the snaps in Week 16 due to an elbow injury. Though he may be able to play through it, it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for the Cards to rest him in Week 17 in a completely meaningless game against the Seahawks. If he does sit, Mike Glennon will get the start. For the love of everything fantasy, don't use him.

Los Angeles Rams - Still Battling

Quarterback: Jared Goff (88%), Sean Mannion (12%)

Running Backs: C.J. Anderson (75%), John Kelly (25%)

Wide Receivers: Robert Woods (88%), Brandin Cooks (87%), Josh Reynolds (51%), Khadarel Hodge (13%)

Tight Ends: Gerald Everett (75%), Tyler Higbee (74%), Johnny Mundt (12%)

There is a chance that Todd Gurley sits again in Week 17. Though a bye week is worth playing for, they could use a healthy Gurley in the playoffs, and CJ Anderson looked fantastic in his place in Week 16. Anderson played 75% of the team's snaps and finished with 167 yards and a score on 20 carries. The Rams are 10.0-point favorites at home this week against the 49ers. If it were a more demanding opponent, Gurley might be a lock to start at less than 100%, but why risk it in what should be an easy win? Anderson could once again make for an excellent play in daily leagues.

San Francisco 49ers - Wilson Time Again

Quarterback: Nick Mullens (100%)

Running Backs: Jeff Wilson (69%), Kyle Juszczyk (60%), Matt Breida (16%)

Wide Receivers: Kendrick Bourne (95%), Marquise Goodwin (69%), Trent Taylor (47%), Dante Pettis (31%)

Tight Ends: George Kittle (98%)

Matt Breida has already been ruled out for this week's game against the Rams. As such, Jeff WIlson will get the start at running back. He played 69% of the team's snaps in Week 16, though he finished with just 38 yards from scrimmage in a tough matchup against Chicago. This week should be easier, but don't expect RB1 numbers. We project Wilson to finish with 84.8 total yards and 12.0 FanDuel points this week.

Seattle Seahawks - Status Quo

Quarterback: Russell Wilson (100%)

Running Backs: Chris Carson (54%), Mike Davis (45%)

Wide Receivers: Tyler Lockett (86%), Doug Baldwin (81%), David Moore (69%), Jaron Brown (19%)

Tight Ends: Ed Dickson (80%), Nick Vannett (41%)

The Seahawks are locked into the number five or six seed in the playoffs, so there is a chance the team rests their starters. Of course, Pete Carroll "doesn't like doing that", so who knows what to expect this week in Seattle. What we do know is that the top running and receiving roles haven't changed in weeks. Chris Carson has been the clear lead back when healthy, as have Tyler Lockett and Doug Baldwin in the passing game. Many other teams have seen shuffling usage, but not this one. If Carroll stays true to his word, expect the status quo to continue.
