Consider this a speculation play much more than a plug-him-in one, but you have to take a good long look at Ka'Deem Carey based on his Week 4 performance, even if you don't have Matt Forte.

He's clearly got tons of handcuff potential just in the sense of how prolific that offense can be if it's running right, but if you saw any of the game against the Packers, you saw an emerging talent waiting to get more touches, more carries. He's easily right now miles ahead of anything the Jaguars, Chargers, or Titans can throw out there. Hold him and wait.
