Why? It's because he's a monster. 6'5", 4.5 speed, and a former track and field standout, Holmes has athletic ability oozing out of every pore. He's easily the most dynamic receiver on the Raiders' roster; as long as you can be patient for Derek Carr to develop, Holmes will pay some serious long-term dividends.
