This one is for the quarterback streamers; Derek Carr wins out slightly over Kirk Cousins because Cousins just can't help himself from throwing terrible, terrible picks.

Considering that the Raiders won't likely be ahead for too long in any game anytime soon, you have to figure that Oakland's coaching staff will let their new quarterback explore and learn and grow - and while that might be painful at times, it might be beautiful at times too, just like in Week 6. That boom potential gives him the slight nod over Cousins and Orton, but perhaps not Brian Hoyer - it's up to who is available in your league.
