Andrew Hawkins, WR, Cleveland Browns

Andrew Hawkins finally got into the end zone in Week 8, which gave him his first score all year. But aside from seeing zero targets in Week 6, Hawkins has had at least 9 in each game of the year.

Brian Hoyer has been over 200 yards every game this year but hasn't hit the 300-yard mark yet. That could change against the Buccaneers, who have been getting shredded by everyone (except the Vikings in Week 8), so Hawkins should be in store for some heavy targets in a great matchup, which is a recipe for fantasy success.
