Joique Bell isn't quite a sleeper in terms of ownership, but as a fringe option each week and coming off a poor showing in Week 12, public opinion might be low on him.

Bell gets to face the Chicago Bears on Thanksgiving Day. The Bears are one of the weakest run defenses in the league according to our metrics, and Bell, who hasn't hit 86 rushing yards all year, should be able to take advantage.

Bell is averaging 15.5 carries per game in his last six games. The opportunity and matchup are right, and the Thanksgiving game is just a bonus.
