Crockett Gillmore, TE, Baltimore Ravens

Just like Kamar Aiken mentioned previously on this list, Crockett Gillmore benefits from the loss of Steve Smith in the Baltimore passing game.

Playing in his first game without Smith (Gillmore also missed Week 5 with his own injury), Gillmore reeled in all 4 of his targets for 42 yards and a touchdown against the Jaguars' 30th-ranked passing defense. This performance should improve his 0.91 Reception NEP per target on the year which has him ranked as the third most efficient tight end in the league with at least 30 targets, just behind Gary Barnidge and Ben Watson.

And with Gillmore possessing the type of efficiency Baltimore sorely lacks elsewhere on their receiving corps, his five targets per contest should only continue to expand in Smith's absence. This, along with his healthy use in the red zone (he has five targets inside the opponent's 20-yard line this year ) Gillmore could make for a nice low-end TE1 option for those in need at the position.
