Richard Rodgers got things started quickly in Week 13, having a huge outing for the Packers on Thursday Night Football.

The second-year tight end had a monster performance, with a career-high 8 receptions for 146 receiving yards and one very huge touchdown. Aaron Rodgers found his tight end often as the pair were able to hook up with ease against Detroit, going 8-for-8 on the day.

Down 21-23 with no time left, Aaron Rodgers was able to elude Detroit's pass rush and escape a sack before loading up and launching the ball deep down the field towards the end zone. His 61-yard hail mary with time expiring was one of the most thrilling plays of not just the week, but arguably the play of the season, as Richard Rodgers was able to find a way to come down with the game winner.

Rodgers ended up finishing as this week's highest NEP performer among tight ends, accruing +14.86 to his season-long total. Six of his eight receptions either went for a first down or a touchdown, in what ended up being a very efficient outing by the Green Bay tight end. Rodgers' 28.6 PPR fantasy points paved the way at the position as he led all tight ends in fantasy scoring in Week 13.

The rest of the tight ends were led by Tennessee's Delanie Walker, who continues to have a strikingly efficient season. He and Mariota hooked up 8 times for 92 yards and 1 touchdown. Greg Olsen lived up to this week's billing in a prime matchup against New Orleans, racking up 129 yards on 9 catches. Buffalo's Charles Clay and New England's Scott Chandler both caught 4 of 7 targets for 60-plus yards and both found the end zone this week. Will Tye finished with a 70-yard performance on just three catches in what was a down week for most tight ends.
