5. Brandon Marshall, New York Jets

The oldest receiver on this list (31), Marshall was arguably the most consistent as well. Marshall led the league with 10 games of at least 100 receiving yards. His 14 touchdowns tied for the league lead and represented a career best. His 1,502 yards were the second most of his career.

His 109 catches (on 173 targets) marked Marshall’s sixth 100-catch season, an NFL record.

Despite tying for second this year in dropped passes (10), Marshall obviously thrived in Chan Gailey’s system. His first year in New York was a career year, and Marshall is under contract with New York through 2017.
