1.11: Derrick Henry, RB, Tennessee Titans

Drafter Comments

"Factoring in what Henry did in high school and college, it may be impossible to find another player in the history of the game who has accomplished as much as he has through their age-21 season. Of course, past achievements don't count for squat. A human his size (6-foot-3, 247 pounds) shouldn't be able to run like he does. His Burst Score and Speed Score on PlayerProfiler.com are outstanding."

"A true-one cut runner, Henry does have some negatives in his game (hands, agility and a massive 2015 workload of 395 carries), but the value here was too hard to pass up. Plus, I'm not really sold on any other prospects on the board, so I'll take who I think is the best player available. What he doesn't do as a receiver, hopefully he compensates for by being a goal-line monster. The landing spot is odd, but the fact the Titans chose Henry when they have so many other holes on the roster should mean they have a plan for him." -- Austan

Other Comments

"Definite boom-bust potential, but I think Henry has the skill to be a top-10 fantasy back. Certainly worth the risk in the late first." -- Brian J

"The Titans now have three first-round picks invested in their offensive line. Remember how well Alfred Morris ran with Robert Griffin III keeping edge rushers on their toes? Derrick Henry and Marcus Mariota could top that duo easily once DeMarco Murray fades out of the picture. Despite Murray's presence, this is a great value here for dynasty purposes." -- Tyler
