So you missed out on the elite tight end options in your fantasy football draft. You sat and watched as others invested an early-round pick in the likes of Rob Gronkowski or Travis Kelce. When your league-mates reached for high-upside options in the middle rounds, you continued to bolster your running back and wide receiver depth.

Or maybe you're an unfortunate owner of Greg Olsen or Tyler Eifert.

Does that mean that you have to lose the weekly battle at tight end? Absolutely not.

Here are three streaming options who can help you level the playing field at the tight end position. All are available in at least 50 percent of Yahoo leagues and have an advantageous Week 5 matchup.

Austin Seferian-Jenkins, New York Jets

Yahoo Ownership: 28%

Austin Seferian-Jenkins week was a success! For perhaps the first time, the tight end didn't disappoint when everyone was on him, catching 6 of 8 targets for 29 yards and a touchdown. His eight targets gave him a 26.7% target market share in Week 5, an elite number for a tight end. Since returning from suspension in Week 3, Seferian-Jenkins has led the New York Jets in targets. His snap rate (83%) was also up last week, trailing only Jermaine Kearse among offensive skill position players.

Quite simply, Seferian-Jenkins has become one of the focal points of this New York offense. While that still isn't worth much most weeks, it can make him fantasy viable given the right matchup. Last week's meeting with the Cleveland Browns was clearly one of said matchups, and this week's contest against the New England Patriots may prove to be as well.

The Pats have been atrocious on defense so far in 2017, and that includes how they've been defending the tight end position. They've allowed a touchdown to a tight end in every game but Week 4, in which they still allowed a usable 62-yard performance to Ed Dickson. New York will likely be forced to pass the ball a ton in this one, so Seferian-Jenkins could be looking at increased volume against a suspect defense. He is the top streaming option again in Week 6.

Ryan Griffin, Houston Texans

While Ryan Griffin's Week 5 performance was a bit disappointing, there are a few factors working in his favor this week that make him a viable streaming option. First of all, he plays the Browns this weekend. That should be all you have to read, as Cleveland has been laughably bad against tight ends.

Griffin should have no shortage of opportunities to take advantage of a matchup with Cleveland, as he has played nearly all of Houston's snaps since the C.J. Fiedorowicz injury. Over the past two weeks, Griffin has accounted for 89.9% of Houston's snaps, trailing only DeAndre Hopkins' 96% mark. He's averaged five targets since Fiedorowicz went down and showed the ability to post big numbers in the right matchup -- he caught 5 passes for 61 yards and a score against New England in Week 3.

If Seferian-Jenkins has already been scooped up, Griffin is a safe streaming option against Cleveland.

George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers

Yahoo Ownership: 1%

George Kittle went from a barely-owned flier to possibly the most exciting of this group. His workout metrics are off the charts -- the fifth-round tight end boasts a 4.52 40-yard dash, an 88th percentile SPARQ score, and 100th percentile agility score. He profiled as a perfect fit for head coach Kyle Shanahan's offense, but that role hadn't yet come to fruition prior to Week 5.

Kittle finally showed off his upside, catching 7 of 9 targets for 83 yards and a score. He'll attempt to post a repeat performance this week against a Washington Redskins that is a bit more stout than a weak Indianapolis Colts unit. While Washington's defense as a whole is better, they have had their fair share of struggles defending tight ends.

In fact, Washington has been worse than Indy from a fantasy perspective, ranking 30th in fantasy points allowed per game to tight ends this season. With Pierre Garcon dealing with Josh Norman on several of his routes, Kittle could end up getting even more looks from Brian Hoyer. He is an exciting ceiling play, but his 55.6% snap rate from last week also shows a floor that is potentially low.
