Deshaun Watson (ankle) expects to play Week 11 for Browns
Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (ankle) expects to play in Week 11 against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
Watson tweaked his ankle in Sunday's 33-31 comeback win over the Baltimore Ravens and is awaiting MRI results. He played through the injury on Sunday and completed 20 of 34 pass attempts for 213 yards, 1 touchdown, and 1 interception. He also rushed 8 times for 37 yards. The Browns may limit Watson's reps in practice this week, but if the MRI is clean, he will be under center in Week 11 for another tough divisional matchup.
Watson is the QB19 in numberFire's Week 11 rankings and our models project him for 15.7 FanDuel points, with 205.3 passing yards, 1.17 touchdowns, 0.6 interceptions, 5.9 carries, and 27.7 rushing yards. The Steelers are allowing the 13th-fewest FanDuel points per game to quarterbacks this season and their pass defense is 8th-best in our opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings.
