Allen Hurns, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

Allen Hurns is a bit of a boom-or-bust option, averaging only 6.75 targets per game in an inefficient Jacksonville Jaguars offense, but he offers a ton of upside at his low salary.

The Jaguars have the second-highest pass-to-run ratio in the league, including the second-highest clip in the red zone and the eighth-highest mark on the goal line. The Jags are in a good spot to score points this week with a 24.25-point implied total against an Oakland Raiders defense that ranks 29th against the pass, per our metrics.

Hurns has accounted for 30% of Jacksonville's red zone targets this year, and has seen 10-plus targets in two of his five games this year. He also has two games with five or fewer targets, but with Oakland allowing the league's second-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers, his upside here is easy to like.
