The clash between the San Diego Chargers and Atlanta Falcons has a huge over/under of 53 -- the highest of the week -- and is likely to be a shootout.

The Falcons rank 24th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play, and despite being 6.5-point underdogs, the Chargers' passing offense offers a lot of upside.

Tyrell Williams is averaging a solid 7.4 targets per game this season, and he is tied for 3rd in the league with 2.0 red zone targets per game. He has seen fewer than five targets in game only once this season -- against the stellar Denver Broncos secondary -- and has played 80% of the Chargers' offensive snaps since Week 2.
