The Dolphins-Chargers game was a rollercoaster of emotions for sure, but it was a rollercoaster of win probability, as well. The fourth quarter should’ve been split into two parts, like Harry Potter 7 -- that’s how much action got shoehorned into 15 short minutes. Interceptions, long bombs, and even special teams got in on the fun.
Chargers’ punter Drew Kaser boomed a beautiful punt after a San Diego drive stalled, and Dolphins returner Jakeem Grant was in perfect position to bring it back. He muffed the punt, however. Gunner Darrell Stuckey swooped in and dove on the ball, securing it at the Miami five-yard line, making for one of the shortest fields San Diego had all day.
