Fantasy Football: 9 Sleeper Wide Receivers to Target in 2018

Taywan Taylor, Tennessee Titans

Tennessee Titans receiver Taywan Taylor is one of the players on this list that doesn't register in FantasyFootballCalculator's ADP data, but don't let that fool you. Projecting to be the slot receiver in Matt LaFleur's offensive scheme, this sleeper represents underrated value when analyzing his offensive coordinator's previous usage of the position.

Under LaFleur last season, the Los Angeles Rams peppered slot receiver Cooper Kupp with volume, a promising trend for Taylor's fantasy production. Kupp led the team in target share, targets, red zone targets, and targets inside the 10. Rated the fastest Tennessee receiver by Josh Hermsmeyer's Next Gen Stats, Taylor is in an ideal position in the slot to produce big plays with his speed and potential volume.

Playing time should be another factor that makes Taylor's potential exciting under LaFleur's play calling. Despite being listed third on the depth chart, the Rams utilized a slot receiver on a league-leading 81% of snaps, a rate high enough to warrant starter status. Taylor should be on the field quite often this upcoming season if three-receiver formations continues to be heavily used.

With healthy projections for this second-year receiver's workload and opportunity, don't be afraid to take a chance on Taylor, who is worth a roll of the dice with your last pick. - Matt Lo
