7 FanDuel NFL Value Plays for Week 1
Kenny Stills, WR, Miami Dolphins
Price: $6,000
On the other end of the spectrum for value wideouts, we've got Kenny Stills. He's not nearly as cheap as Cole, but he's also got some ridiculous upside.
DeVante Parker (finger) has already been ruled out for Week 1, and Miami is without their 2017 target leader, Jarvis Landry.
Parker, Landry and the also-departed Julius Thomas combined for a whopping 54.4% of the team's targets last year. Stills, who saw 105 looks, was the only player outside of those three with even 50 targets. He accounted for 39% of the targets that those three didn't.
Yes, the Phins have added Danny Amendola and Albert Wilson this offseason, and those two could soak up significant work with Parker out, but Stills looks like he's in line to be the top dog in the passing game.
Stills is also a very efficient fantasy producer, thanks to the high-value nature of his targets. Per AirYards.com, his average depth of target (aDOT) sat at 15.0 in 2017, while only two other Dolphins posted marks above even 8.5, with no others at more than 12.6. That wasn't an outlier year for Stills, either, as he posted a 14.3-yard aDOT in 2016 and 16.7 in 2015.
Over those three years, his 1.50 FanDuel points per target rank 19th among wideouts with at least 100 targets.
Our models have the Tennessee Titans ranked 27th against the pass heading into the season, and Stills has the potential to convert a couple of deep targets into some huge fantasy points in this spot.
