NFC East

Dallas Cowboys - Cooper Continues to be the Top Dog

Quarterback: Dak Prescott (100%)

Running Back: Ezekiel Elliott (90%), Rod Smith (14%)

Wide Receivers: Michael Gallup (84%), Amari Cooper (78%), Cole Beasley (70%), Allen Hurns (22%), Noah Brown (13%)

Tight End: Geoff Swaim (81%), Rico Gathers (14%), Dalton Schultz (12%)

In two games with Dallas, Amari Cooper has now seen 8 and 10 targets with at least 78% of the snaps. Michael Gallup may have seen the field slightly more last week, but he only drew three targets. While it was perhaps easy to be skeptical of Cooper's fantasy value when he was moved to Dallas, this is about as good a situation as we could have hoped.

New York Giants - Same Old Story

Quarterback: Eli Manning (100%)

Running Backs: Saquon Barkley (92%), Elijhaa Penny (12%)

Wide Receivers: Odell Beckham (95%), Sterling Shepard (95%), Bennie Fowler (44%), Corey Coleman (14%)

Tight Ends: Evan Engram (61%), Rhett Ellison (56%), Scott Simonson (22%)

While the New York Giants may have won on Monday night, they telegraphed their plays just as much as always. When you funnel the ball to the same three or four players consistently, you take away an element of surprise. It's boring football. It's a waste of talent. It is a sign that somebody else needs to be in charge on the Giants' sideline.

Philadelphia Eagles - Adams a Late-Season Hero?

Quarterback: Carson Wentz (100%)

Running Backs: Wendell Smallwood (34%), Josh Adams (31%), Corey Clement (29%)

Wide Receivers: Alshon Jeffery (97%), Nelson Agholor (89%), Jordan Matthews (60%), Golden Tate (29%)

Tight End: Zach Ertz (100%), Dallas Goedert (29%)

The Philadelphia Eagles' backfield has been a mess all season, but Josh Adams is making a strong case to be the bell cow as we head toward the fantasy playoffs. In his past two games, he has averaged 6.7 and 6.8 yards per carry, respectively. Wendell Smallwood averaged 2.0 and 3.0. Corey Clement averaged 2.6 and 1.5. At some point, you have to recognize who's going to give your team the best chance to win. That's Adams. You know this. I know this. Doug Pederson knows this. Pick him up already.

Washington Redskins - Harris on the Upswing

Quarterback: Alex Smith (100%)

Running Backs: Adrian Peterson (59%), Kapri Bibbs (41%)

Wide Receivers: Josh Doctson (78%), Maurice Harris (66%), Michael Floyd (53%), Brian Quick (36%)

Tight Ends: Jordan Reed (66%), Vernon Davis (47%), Jeremy Sprinkle (45%)

Maurice Harris has proven himself two weeks in a row. With 10 catches for 124 yards in Week 9 and 5 catches for 52 yards in Week 10. In his past five games, he has caught all but three (23-of-26) of the passes thrown his way by Alex Smith. Yet, he is owned in just 36% of Yahoo leagues and 10% of ESPN leagues. I know a lot of people quit at this stage of the season (shame on you!), but 10%? Heck, I think I'm owned in more leagues than that. With all of the injuries to Redskins receivers, Harris could quickly become a reliable flex play in PPR leagues.
